Alan H. Raynor, Of Counsel to the firm, in the Dallas office, has over 45 years of experience in public finance. His background includes acting as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, and underwriters’ counsel in financings for traditional issues, special districts, single family and multi-family housing, environmental improvement, and industrial development.
Alan currently serves as Immediate Past President of the American College of Bond Counsel, an organization comprised of the most recognized and respected municipal finance lawyers in the country.
