Angela Avila

Angela Avila is an Associate in the Austin office of McCall, Parkhurst & Horton L.L.P. Her practice is focused on serving as bond counsel and disclosure counsel for cities, counties, and other political subdivisions throughout Texas in a wide range of public finance transactions.

Prior to joining McCall, Angela was an attorney at a global firm where she assisted major corporate clients with meeting their immigration and business challenges. Her experience also consists of working as a Legislative Aid and Casework Manager for a Texas State Representative. During her tenure at the Capitol, she gained extensive experience regarding legislative matters and how they impact both constituents and entities throughout the State of Texas.
