Bart Fowler, a partner in the firm’s Austin office, has experience serving as bond counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriters’ counsel for various organizations and public entities. He has also represented non-profit corporations created by or on behalf of political subdivisions to finance various economic development projects, including industrial development corporations and higher education facilities corporations.
Prior to joining the firm in 2004, Bart worked for the Texas Attorney General’s Public Finance Division as an Assistant Attorney General. While there, he was responsible for reviewing and approving all types of governmental obligations issued in the State of Texas.
