Clayton Chandler is a partner in the Austin Office. Although he currently focuses exclusively in the area of public finance, Clayton has previous experience in mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending, franchise offerings and private placements.
Clayton started his career practicing law at Evans Petree PC in 2008 and made the move to McCall in 2014. Before law school, he worked in the private sector as Vice President in Equity Capital Markets Group at Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc., where he held Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses.
