Jacqueline Hale joined the Austin office of McCall, Parkhurst & Horton L.L.P. in 2018. Her practice is focused on serving as bond counsel and disclosure counsel for special districts, cities, state agencies, and other political subdivisions throughout Texas.
Prior to joining the firm, Jacqueline gained extensive experience serving as bond counsel and underwriter’s counsel for various governmental entities in Oklahoma, including The University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma State University, Oklahoma Development Finance Authority, and Norman Regional Hospital Authority. Jacqueline has also worked on dozens of lease revenue financings for public school districts in Oklahoma.
