Lauren Ferrero is a partner in the San Antonio office. Well-immersed in public finance, Lauren focuses her practice on assisting state and local government entities in a variety of debt financing transitions, in addition to working with a large scope of both public and private partnerships. Regularly, Lauren serves as bond counsel, underwriters’ counsel, trustee’s counsel, and as counsel in related areas of the law requiring public finance prowess. Lauren’s recent focus includes service as bond counsel to large, municipally-owned water and wastewater and electric and gas utility systems and on conduit financings benefitting local charitable organizations and non-profit institutions of higher education, as well as trustee’s and underwriters’ counsel on transactions across the nation.
