Nicole Kintop Smith is an associate at the Dallas office. Nicole practices in the areas of public finance, infrastructure finance and securities law and serves as bond counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriters’ counsel in tax-exempt debt financings to various public entities and financial institutions. Nicole has experience working on innovative and significant infrastructure projects ranging from toll roads, railways, and airports to educational, water and wastewater facilities, and municipal utilities. Nicole has extensive experience in financial transactions, due diligence, disclosure and securities regulatory compliance matters.
Prior to joining McCall, Nicole was a Associate with a leading boutique firm in Dallas, focusing on public finance, real estate and corporate matters. Prior to relocating to Texas, Nicole practiced for a leading boutique firm in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, focusing on public finance and civil and commercial litigation matters. Nicole has also worked as a sole practitioner and real estate broker handling real estate and civil litigation matters. Upon obtaining her law degree, she served as a law clerk for the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, District IV.
