Rodolfo Segura Jr is a partner in the Dallas office. Rodolfo has experience serving as bond counsel, underwriters’ counsel and disclosure counsel in several hundreds of financings for various public entities in Texas. While in law school, he interned as a law clerk with the Public Finance Division of the Office of the Texas Attorney General. Prior to attending law school, Rodolfo taught emotionally disturbed students in both private and public school settings in Chicago, Illinois and in El Paso, Texas.
